🧠 Final Thoughts
I recognize the challenge of mixing different ages and genders within each group. We'll monitor how things unfold and adjust based on your feedback. Your input is always welcome.
No player will be asked to step away after showing genuine interest to do this training. It is about growth—players adapt, improve, and learn to thrive in new environments. That said, if any child finds the experience overwhelming or unrewarding for whatever reason, we’ll work together to find the best solution either way.
Their well-being and enjoyment come first.
Thank you again for your trust and support.
Warm regards,
Wayne Harrison
